Miss Chervinko

Hello! My name is Sarah Chervinko and I am a kindergarten teacher at Benson! This is my seventh year teaching kindergarten and my sixth year here in Itasca District 10. I completed my Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and I am currently working on my Masters Degree from University of Saint Francis. My masters degree is in Teacher and Leaning with a focus on Differentiated Instruction. Outside of school I love playing volleyball, being active, traveling, hiking, and being in nature. My passion is teaching. My goal is to provide a safe space where each student can learn, grow, challenge themselves, and feel confident. I am so excited to be your student’s teacher this school year!
